Belotero®
Belotero® is an FDA-approved cosmetic dermal filler that reduces wrinkles and fine lines on the face to ultimately add volume and fullness to the skin. Similar to other dermal fillers, Belotero® is made from hyaluronic acid to provide almost immediate natural-looking volume and softness to facial tissue.
Belotero® is not a permanent treatment and typically lasts about six to nine months, which is a bit longer than other cosmetic dermal fillers. Belotero® treatment can be given here at Dauphin Integrative Gynecology & Women's Health, and only takes a short amount of time to complete. Most patients are able to return to their normal activities immediately after treatment.
Side effects of Belotero® include bruising and redness at the injection site, tenderness, and swelling. The lifespan and effectiveness of Belotero® primarily depends on your physiological makeup, which is why we recommend consulting your doctor before beginning treatment.

Injectables
We offer Botox cosmetic, Dysport and Xeomin which are FDA approved for the treatment of moderate to severe frown lines, to help achieve a youthful appearance. They work by relaxing the underlying muscles beneath the skin. They are considered nonsurgical forms of wrinkle treatment that have quick recovery rates.
Dysport® is a prescription injection for temporary improvement in the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) in adults.

Xeomin™️
Xeomin™ is an FDA-approved, highly-purified neurotoxin prescription injection that is primarily used to treat moderate to severe frown lines. An alternative to Botox and Dysport, Xeomin™ is injected into your face muscles to soften frown lines and improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between your eyebrows, also known as glabellar lines.
The cosmetic effects of Xeomin™ last for a short period of time and block the release of the chemicals that cause your muscles to contract, which over time, result in frown lines. Xeomin™ lasts anywhere from three to four months and can take anywhere from 24 hours to ten days to take effect. MonaLisa Touch®
If you find yourself suffering from painful intercourse, vaginal dryness, burning, or urinary incontinence the MonaLisa Touch® may be right for you. MonaLisa Touch® is a form of laser therapy that will help to improve your symptoms and provide you with long-lasting relief.
As women age, estrogen levels begin to decline which can result in vaginal changes and discomfort. It is not uncommon for women to experience these changes during perimenopause, menopause, or during the reproductive year. Though many women try hormonal therapies, estrogen creams, and other supplements, these treatment options have proven less effective in their long-term results.
The MonaLisa Touch® Laser delivers laser energy to the vaginal tissues stimulating the growth of new collagen that helps rebuild the thickness of the vaginal walls. This therapy with or without the addition of local estrogen, will improve your symptoms and provide you with long-term relief.
This treatment works by delivering laser energy into the cells to stimulate the production of collagen, improving the functionality of the treated area.
During this procedure, a small metal laser wand is inserted into the vagina and rotated during treatment to target the internal and external vaginal tissues.
The treatment is painless, requires no anesthesia, and offers zero downtime following treatment. It is recommended that sexual intercourse and the use of tampons are avoided for several days.
The typical treatment course is three 5-minute sessions over a period of 18 weeks. Many women experience positive results following the first session which will continue to improve throughout treatment.
